Kelas ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman mendalam tentang metode Interpretive Structural Modelling (ISM) dan penerapannya dalam menganalisis hubungan kompleks antara konsep atau elemen dalam suatu sistem. ISM adalah metode analisis yang digunakan untuk memahami hierarki dan interaksi antar konsep atau faktor yang kompleks dalam suatu domain tertentu.
